Civil Engineer Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering; 5+ years of experience, PE preferred but not required.
• Proficient in Civil 3D and related design software.
• Strong organizational, technical writing, and communication skills.

Civil Engineer Expectations

• Independently design and draft civil engineering projects (roadways, drainage, utilities).
• Manage project tasks and client relationships with public/private clients.
• Coordinate designs across multiple disciplines and prepare cost estimates/specifications.
