Restaurant Manager Qualifications:

• Must have at least 2 years of current experience in a Full-service Casual or Fast Casual high-volume Restaurant Manager role
• Scratch Kitchen experience is highly preferred in addition to strong Food Safety knowledge
• Strong and proven leadership qualities: friendly, coach mentality, leading by example, and upholding restaurant standards
• Proven ability to uphold standards, exceed expectations, and build relationships 
• New Restaurant Opening experience highly preferred, but not a requirement
