Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated Staff Accountant to join our accounting team. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, exceptional organizational skills, and a passion for working with numbers.


Staff Accountant Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including general ledger entries, reconciliations, and reports.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Perform account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Support accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
  • Assist with audits by providing necessary documentation and support.
  • Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with all accounting standards, regulations, and internal policies.
  • Handle ad hoc projects and financial analysis as needed.

Staff Accountant Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of accounting experience preferred; recent graduates with internship experience will be considered.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite) and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
