Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and customer-focused Eyewear Sales Associate to join our team in the heart of New York City. As a key member of our sales team, you will play an essential role in providing exceptional customer service, assisting with eyewear selection, and supporting daily store operations.

Eyewear Sales Associate Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of experience in retail or optical sales.
  • Strong customer service skills with a focus on creating positive experiences.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Knowledge of eyewear and optical products is a plus.

Eyewear Sales Associate Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers in selecting eyewear that meets their needs and style preferences.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and build lasting relationships with customers.
  • Maintain product displays and ensure the store is visually appealing.
  • Support inventory management and restocking efforts.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and store goals.
