 Chef de Cuisine Qualifications:

• Build teamwork by hiring the right people and reducing turnover
• Experience with high-quality, farm-to-table food in a polished/ upscale concept
• Ability to present thoughts and communicate ideas in a clear, concise way
• Lead by example and be a brand ambassador in the local community
• Fine Dining is a must
• Culinary Degree preferred
• 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role

 Chef de Cuisine Responsibilities:

• Ability to provide outstanding training and development for the heart of the house employees
• Understanding the impact of financial reporting to educate line staff
• Resolve any staff concerns as they arise professionally and discreetly
• Collaborate with the Executive Chef to drive profitable results
