Job Summary

We are searching for a dynamic Regional Director of Operations needed for a growing group! The territory covers South Alabama and North Florida.

Restaurant Regional Director of Operations Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in restaurant operations management; drive-thru experience required
  • 5+ years of experience managing 20+units/stores with full P&L responsibility
  • Proven ability to create policies that generate profits in multiple locations
  • Advanced ability to communicate, negotiation skills, influence, and coach several levels of staff
  • Ability to implement and execute strong training programs and processes given strategic direction
  • Understanding of budgetary concepts and procedures

Restaurant Regional Director of Operations Responsibilities:

  • Meeting revenue targets for the company
  • The 4 wall-EBITDA of the restaurants
  • Develop effective ways to fill in any gaps between actual performance and company projections
  • Drive their team to meet the brand standards for the market
  • Outlining a comprehensive recruiting and training program for store managers to follow
  • Immediately address any lapses in compliance with corporate policies or local, state, and federal laws
  • Act as a coach to the Area Coaches and as a resource to each store employee to help inspire the success of each store
