Our client is seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead branch operations, manage a high-performing team, and provide technical expertise servicing industrial pumps, compressors, and other pressurized equipment. Service Manager Compensation and Benefits:

• Competitive salary ($75k-$85k) with annual bonus opportunities

Service Manager Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience, preferably in an industrial setting
• Strong knowledge of industrial equipment like pumps, compressors, and vacuums, including troubleshooting and repair
• Advanced proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite

Service Manager Responsibilities:

• Lead, motivate, and develop a service team to meet or exceed performance standards overseeing service functions within the branch
• Provide technical support to clients and technicians, including site visits as needed
• Assist with client quotes, repair recommendations, and achieve assigned KPIs
