National Account Manager Compensation and Benefits

  • $150,000 base salary with earning potential up to $300,000
  • Fully paid medical insurance, plus dental and vision coverage
  • 401(k) with company match and 3 weeks PTO

National Account Manager Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive growth and retention
  • Lead and mentor a top-tier sales team, including hiring and training
  • Align sales efforts with marketing to enhance results and expand territories
  • Oversee inside sales operations and account management strategies
  • Represent the company at trade shows to foster business development
  • Track and report team performance and ensure resource efficiency

National Account Manager Qualifications

  • 5+ years of sales experience, ideally in residential construction
  • Proven success in growing sales teams and revenue
  • Strong business development expertise, including inside sales
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience aligning sales with marketing and improving processes
