National Account Manager Compensation and Benefits
- $150,000 base salary with earning potential up to $300,000

National Account Manager Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive growth and retention
- Lead and mentor a top-tier sales team, including hiring and training
- Align sales efforts with marketing to enhance results and expand territories
- Oversee inside sales operations and account management strategies
- Represent the company at trade shows to foster business development
- Track and report team performance and ensure resource efficiency
National Account Manager Qualifications
- 5+ years of sales experience, ideally in residential construction
- Proven success in growing sales teams and revenue
- Strong business development expertise, including inside sales
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Experience aligning sales with marketing and improving processes
