Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Director of Food and Beverage to relocate to Florida. In this role you will oversee our multi-unit operations, across all food and beverage outlets on resort property. The ideal candidate will have resort experience, lead with professionalism, inspire teams, and deliver exceptional guest experiences.


Director of F&B Benefits:

Director of F&B Qualifications: 

- Proven ability to recruit, hire, train, and develop high-performing restaurant management teams while creating an environment that fosters growth and retention. 

- Minimum 5 years in a leadership role within a resort or full-service hotel setting, with experience managing multiple outlets effectively. 

- Passion for delivering world-class and consistent service while enhancing the overall guest experience. 

- Up-to-date on restaurant and hospitality trends to keep outlets innovative and competitive. 

- Strong accounting and computer skills to manage budgets, analyze financial data, and control costs. 

- Develop and implement operational checklists to ensure consistency in opening, operating, and closing processes. 

- Participate actively in F&B meetings, contribute to long-term planning, and ensure alignment with company goals. 

- Flexible and available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. 

- Outstanding communication and leadership skills with a friendly, approachable, and guest-focused demeanor.
