Restaurant General Manager Qualifications:

• 4+ years Restaurant General Manager Experience in Full Service or Fast Casual
• Must have a passion for food, and scratch kitchen experience
• Strong tenure and demonstrated forward career progress
• Tech Savvy
• Positive attitude and high energy

Restaurant General Manager Responsibilities:

• Oversee financials and cost controls
• Manage to brand standards with integrity
• Team building - hire, train, and develop your team to exceed expectations
• Focus on creating amazing guest experiences
