Job Summary

Are you ready to drive innovation and sustainability in construction? We are seeking a Business Development Manager to lead the development of our groundbreaking substructure system across the USA, with a special focus on the East Coast region.

What You’ll Do:

  • Build strong relationships with real estate developers, architects, and façade fabricators.
  • Develop and implement winning sales strategies alongside our dynamic, international team.
  • Identify and secure key construction projects by engaging with stakeholders early and delivering expert consultation.
  • Represent the team at customer visits, industry events, and associations to build networks and generate leads.
  • Serve as a trusted partner from project initiation to completion and beyond.

What you need:

  • Experience: Proven track record in business development, preferably in construction, building supplies, or façade systems.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and networking abilities. A technical background in façade construction or related fields is a strong plus.
  • Personality: Independent, goal-oriented, and adaptable. You thrive on building relationships and seizing opportunities.
  • Mindset: An entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for sustainability and innovation.
  • Travel Flexibility: This role requires regular travel to meet customers and stakeholders.

Qualifications:
