Job Summary

We seek a dedicated Associate Attorney with 2-4 years of experience in family law to join our team. This position offers a rewarding opportunity to focus 80-90% of your time on family law cases, with additional exposure to other practice areas as needed. We seek an attorney who is passionate about providing exceptional service to clients and who thrives in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Represent clients in a wide range of family law matters, including divorce, custody disputes, and support cases
  • Travel to our satellite office 1-2 days per week (expenses for lodging, meals, and mileage fully reimbursed)
  • Collaborate with a supportive team of attorneys and staff, upholding our commitment to professionalism and ethics
  • Achieve billable hours annually while maintaining high-quality service

Qualifications:

  • 2-4 years of experience in family law; additional legal experience is a plus
  • Spanish fluency, though not required
  • Strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage a diverse caseload
  • Commitment to being a team player
