Our client is a well established supply wholesaler with over a dozen locations in New England, they are in need of a Branch Manager for their Falmouth, MA location. This role is vital to the business's success and requires strong leadership skills as well as sales, warehouse, and delivery experience.

Branch Manager Qualifications & Responsibilities:

4+ years experience leading a team of sales and warehouse personnel

Knowledge of HVAC/Plumbing/Heating equipment

Ability to manage day to day operations

Must be extremely customer service focused

Experience building and maintaining a strong culture

Experience managing payroll, the P&L, and performing employee reviews

Able to take responsibility for facilities, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and functionality

Prefer a degree in Management
