What We’re Looking For:

• Professional Experience: Minimum 5+ years in off-premise catering at a high volume
• Leadership Skills: Proven ability to train, manage, and inspire back-of-house teams
• Organization & Precision: Exceptional multitasking skills in fast-paced environments
• Communication: Strong verbal and written skills with an emphasis on collaboration
• Detail-Oriented: Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of quality
• Open to Executive Sous Chefs with strong experience looking to advance

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead all aspects of culinary operations for off-premise catering events
• Ensure flawless execution of food preparation, presentation, and service
• Stay current on industry trends to develop innovative menus and offerings
• Train and develop the back-of-house team, fostering growth and accountability
• Collaborate with catering managers to exceed client expectations
• Manage event logistics, including setup, service, and breakdown
• Oversee team scheduling to ensure proper event coverage and efficiency
• Address challenges proactively to maintain food quality and service excellence
