Event Coordinator Responsibilities and Qualifications:

• Plan and coordinate events, including client communication, site tours, and vendor selection.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to create customized menus.
• Prepare event orders, rental requests, and floor plans; oversee site visits and setup logistics.
• Demonstrate strong organizational and communication skills with a passion for food and events.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required; experience with Caterease or Nowsta is a plus.
