Job Summary

We are looking for a talented Sous Chef who loves food, the restaurant business, and the opportunity to learn, grow, and excel. A minimum of three years of salaried BOH management experience in a high volume ($5,000,000 minimum) polished/upscale dining is required.


Sous Chef Rewards:

• A starting salary of $58,000 to $65,000 depending on experience

• Growth opportunities

Sous Chef Requirements:

• Three or more years of kitchen management in a high-volume polished dining or fine-dining environment

• You must be a hands-on leader with a solid background in an upscale, scratch kitchen

• Understand corporate systems and work within corporate guidelines

• Ability to manage a high-volume kitchen
