Your Culinary Background:

  • Leadership Experience: 3-5 years as part of a management team in an upscale restaurant, boutique hotel, or similar high-end setting.
  • Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with software like Microsoft Office; experience with Aloha POS is a bonus.
  • Role Model Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead by example, resolve challenges independently, and develop team members.
  • Formal Training: Culinary degree or equivalent hands-on experience in fine dining is preferred.
