Recruiter-Business Partner Responsibilities & Qualifications

• Experience with Recruiting, Sales, Human Resources or Leadership
• Self-Driven
• Strong communication skills with a "can do" attitude
• Able to work efficiently, autonomously and professionally
• Know how to build and nurture relationships
• Results focused
• Must have financial stability during the first 3–4 months as there is no base or draw
• Generate new business opportunities by building relationships with clients
• Build a pipeline of top talent through networking, referrals and direct outreach
• Utilize advanced sourcing tools, paid for by the company, to identify qualified jobseekers
• Conduct thorough interviews with candidates to assess their skills, experience and fit for specific roles
