The Director of Construction will be responsible for our hyper-growth plans to oversee the construction of new fitness clubs. This role will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with company standards.

Director of Construction Responsibilities:

·        Project Management - Oversight & Plan Approval

·        Bid Management & Procurement

·        Budget & Cost Management

·        Stakeholder Communication & Reporting

·        Project Execution & Delivery

·        Risk Management & Quality Control

·        Vendor & Contractor Management

·        Project Close-Out & Handover

Director of Construction Qualifications:

·        Minimum 10 years experience in construction management. Preferably, in the retail, hospitality or fitness industry

·        Experience managing a team of project or construction managers

·        Experience overseeing construction budgets in a multi-unit environment

Experience as an Owner's Rep

·        Proven and demonstrated competencies in the following areas: 

•  Budgeting
• Bid document production
• Scheduling and phasing
• Cost management
• Document control and management
• Project reporting
• Coordination of closeout and commissioning
• Full turnkey delivery of projects from design through closeout and warranty

·        Travel up to 50% and variable based on the timing of new location openings. TX, OK, MO, NM
