What You Bring to the Table

  • At least 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager
  • Background in upscale casual dining or similar concepts
  • Strong understanding of operational systems and processes
  • A positive, hospitality-driven personality with attention to detail
  • Proven leadership skills and the ability to inspire a team

What You’ll Be Responsible For

  • Leading and managing all aspects of Front of House operations
  • Ensuring exceptional guest service and memorable experiences
  • Building and maintaining a high-performing service team through recruitment and retention
  • Handling scheduling, forecasting, and labor management
  • Conducting daily pre-shift meetings and fostering ongoing team training and development
