Executive Chef Qualifications:

• 5+ years of Executive chef-level experience in a hotel/resort setting overseeing multiple units
• Strong organizational leadership skills
• Asian cuisine (Thai, Vietnamese, Japanese, etc) is a must!
• Hiring, training, and developing employees regularly
• Associate degree minimum for consideration
• Team player with the ability to collaborate and develop
• Strong people and communication skills
