General Manager Requirements:

  • Experience: At least 2 years of salaried management experience in a full-service restaurant that serves liquor, beer, and wine (LBW).
  • Loyalty and Tenure: A proven track record of company loyalty—no more than three jobs in the last 10 years.
  • Leadership & Integrity: Strong work ethic, high standards of integrity, and a genuine passion for leading and inspiring teams.
  • Hospitality Focused: A love for delivering exceptional hospitality and maintaining high standards of service and excellence.
