Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced sales professional to lead business development efforts for a fast-growing consulting firm with a global reach. The ideal candidate has a passion for growing business and expanding into the Fortune 500 market and be able to relocate to Philadelphia.
Responsibilities:
- Lead sales strategy, negotiations, and contract finalization.
- Drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities.
- Build strong relationships with Fortune 500 clients.
- Oversee sales forecasting and reporting, ensuring KPIs are met.
- Lead and mentor a sales team, fostering a culture of high performance.
Qualifications:
- 10-15 years of successful sales and business development experience in consulting or professional services.
- Proven track record of client acquisition and engagement.
- Bachelor's in business, marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
- Strong leadership and relationship-building skills.
