Multi-Unit Restaurant Ops Manager Qualifications and Responsibilities

• Accomplished track record as a manager of 3+ Years in Multi-Unit operations
• Experience in overseeing catering operations as well as multi-unit restaurant operations.
• Impressive capacity for making sound decisions
• Proficiency in English, with fluency in Spanish, is required
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and delegation skills, with a strong team player mindset
• Capability to create and implement financial strategies that successfully meet the set objectives
• The ability to effectively motivate and lead employees while also ensuring accountability is a key skillset
• Strong understanding of operational procedures and fully equipped to handle related tasks.
