Restaurant Regional Manager Requirements

• 3+ years of multi-unit experience in Fast-casual or Full-service casual with 6+ locations
• Strong experience with new store openings as a multi-unit leader
• Able to provide passionate leadership with a focus on developing talent and future leaders
• Strong financial acumen and focus on guest service, driving sales and controlling costs
• Passionate about building a positive company culture and upholding brand standards
• Flexible, adaptable, and strong communication skills. Ability to interact weekly with Owners other Execs
• Visionary, but willing to embrace the culture already in place and help foster its continued growth
