Director of Engineering Responsibilities / Qualifications:

• Solution-focused mindset
• Hands-on role involving hotel maintenance and improvements
• Ability to follow a budget and make financially sound decisions independently
• Passionate about construction and maintenance with a positive outlook
• Ability to create a schedule that fits the needs of the business
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Organized, with experience using spreadsheets and creating preventative maintenance programs
• Experience with HVAC, electrical, mechanical plumbing, and kitchens
