Lead, Inspire, and Elevate Dining at a Premier Mountain Destination in UTAH!

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Director of Food & Beverage to oversee all facets of our extensive F&B operations. This executive role reports to the GM and plays a key part in shaping the guest experience at one of the industry’s most unique resorts.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Oversee 17 outlets, including restaurants, on-mountain dining, conference services, and event operations.
• Drive success for high-volume events like Oktoberfest and large-scale conferences.
• Lead and inspire a diverse team to deliver top-tier service and operational excellence.
• Develop and execute strategies to maximize profitability, quality, and guest satisfaction.
• Collaborate with resort leadership to align F&B with resort-wide goals.

What You’ll Bring:

• 10+ years of progressive experience in upscale, high-volume, multi-unit F&B operations.
• Strong expertise in banquet, conference services, and event management.
• Proven success in driving revenues, cost control, and operational excellence.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills with a hands-on, collaborative approach.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or equivalent experience preferred.
