Tax Manager Responsibilities and Qualifications

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) licensed in Tennessee.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a public accounting firm (7 years preferred).
• Exceptional client communication skills with a strong commitment to professionalism.
• Prepare and review tax returns for individuals, corporations, and businesses.
• Provide strategic tax consultation and compliance guidance to clients.
• Develop and execute tax strategies to align with client objectives.
• Lead, mentor, and support a team of tax associates, fostering their career development.
