Job Summary

We are searching for a Director of Long-term Care for a highly-regarded facility in Southwest Florida!


Director of Long-term Care Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Nursing Home Administrator or in a similar leadership role within healthcare settings such as retirement homes, group homes, or assisted living facilities
  • Strong knowledge of memory care practices and regulations governing nursing homes
  • Experience in budgeting, financial management, and resource allocation within a healthcare environment
  • Background in supervising multidisciplinary teams, fostering collaboration among staff members from various disciplines including nursing and social work
  • Excellent communication skills with a focus on building relationships with residents, families, staff, and regulatory agencies

  • Supervise staff across various departments, including nursing, social work, and support services
  • Oversee budgeting processes to ensure financial stability and resource allocation for optimal resident care
  • Foster a positive environment for both residents and staff, promoting teamwork and effective communication
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain high standards of care within the facility
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to enhance service delivery and resident satisfaction
  • Address any concerns or issues raised by residents or their families promptly and effectively
