Healthcare - Regional Sales Manager Benefits:

  • $110k - $120k base salary
  • Uncapped commission; expected 1st year OTE of $220K

Healthcare - Regional Sales Manager Qualifications:

  • Ability to learn highly technical, evidence-based scientific products; Bachelor's Degree is not required; life sciences background is preferred
  • 3-5 years of proven outside sales success (mandatory); healthcare/medical highly preferred
  • Hunter mentality with a proven track record of sales leadership of training and partnering with top producing Account Executives (i.e. Regional Sales, Trainer, Team Leader)
  • Self Starter with an Entrepreneurial drive to succeed
  • 40-50% travel
  • Proven history of customer-focused cold calls with excellent communication skills
  • Good tenure in prior roles

Healthcare - Regional Sales Manager Responsibilities:

  • Coach, lead, and inspire the sales team to exceed corporate objectives.
  • Regional travel to drive new business and support existing clients
  • Mentor, train, and develop the sales team utilizing strategic selling principles and managing a sales funnel
  • Give compelling presentations on the science behind the products
  • Collect and share market intelligence
