We are expanding to the Dallas, TX market and need a sharp individual that is passionate about hospitality. Our concept is beautiful, fresh, and provides top-tier products and experiences.

General Manager Qualifications:

• Must have 5+ years of experience in an upscale full-service restaurant General Manager role
• Proven track record of strong communication, both written and verbal
• Strong wine knowledge and fine dining service standards
• Ability to provide an exceptional experience for VIP clientele
• New restaurant opening experience
• Great tenure

General Manager Responsibilities:

• Coach, train, develop, and mentor hourly and management staff
• Budgeting, forecasting, full P&L responsibility
• Collaborate with upper management to strategize and implement brand awareness
• Fully responsible for team performance, morale, and productivity
• Maintain an overall vision of the brand and standards
