Executive Chef Responsibilities:
- Oversee all culinary operations, ensuring standards are met and maintained, prioritizing guest satisfaction.
- Manage kitchen areas, menu concepting, banquets, staff hiring, training, and maintaining a safe work environment.
- Utilize culinary expertise, leadership skills, and creativity to support the restaurant's success.
- Foster an environment of respect, growth, and continuous improvement.
- Lead a high-performance team and address business challenges.
Executive Chef Qualifications:
- 5+ years' progressive culinary experience in executive roles.
- High volume experience of $5 million+
- Passion for training, creativity in menu creation, and trend responsiveness.
- Strong attention to detail, business acumen, and exceptional communication skills.
- Expertise in food and beverage operations, inventory and cost management, and menu planning.
- Influential, team-oriented leadership with problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in relevant software, ServSafe Manager Certification, culinary arts degree.
