An exceptionally large bakery manufacturing facility is looking to expand its executive team by adding a Maintenance Director. Do you have experience with food and baking manufacturing equipment and possess strong hands-on management and leadership skills?

Maintenance Director Requirements:

- Strong knowledge of LOTO, HACCP, PPE, and OSHA regulations

- Proven vendor management skills

- Expertise in creating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to boost productivity, quality, safety, and profitability

- Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field

- Extensive experience as a Maintenance Manager with leadership responsibilities

- Familiarity with CapEx projects and budget management

- Broad knowledge of various skilled trades, including HVAC, PLC systems, and troubleshooting

- Flexible schedule based on business needs

- Excellent communication skills, especially in a diverse work environment
