What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Leading and inspiring your bar team: recruiting, training, and scheduling all-star staff.
  • Cultivating guest loyalty and building a community vibe.
  • Crafting cocktail menus and working with vendors to spotlight exciting promotions.
  • Keeping a close eye on liquor costs and sales to drive profits.
  • Managing inventory, negotiating with vendors, and ensuring smooth nightly operations.
  • Handling guest feedback like a pro and turning challenges into wins.
  • Recognizing team excellence and creating a culture of growth and fun.

You’re the Perfect Fit If You Have:

  • 2+ years of experience as a Bar Manager and bartender in a fast-paced setting.
  • A background working in LGBTQIA+ spaces, especially gay bars.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with a knack for fostering inclusivity.
  • A warm, approachable personality that keeps guests coming back.
  • Familiarity with tools like Adobe Creative Suite and Toast POS (a bonus, but not a dealbreaker).
