General Liability Attorney Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with attorneys and partners on various legal matters
• Represent clients in court appearances and hearings
• Participate in depositions
• Communicate with clients and prepare reports
• Conduct in-depth legal research
• Draft and prepare motions

General Liability Attorney Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Licensed to practice law in Florida
• Experience in general defense, including:
  • Negligence
  • Premises liability
  • Automobile claims
  • Personal injury claims
  • Defense of insurer extra-contractual/bad faith cases
• Ability to integrate seamlessly into a collaborative, team-focused environment
