General Liability Attorney Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with attorneys and partners on various legal matters
- Represent clients in court appearances and hearings
- Participate in depositions
- Communicate with clients and prepare reports
- Conduct in-depth legal research
- Draft and prepare motions
General Liability Attorney Requirements:
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- Licensed to practice law in Florida
- Experience in general defense, including:
- Negligence
- Premises liability
- Automobile claims
- Personal injury claims
- Defense of insurer extra-contractual/bad faith cases
- Ability to integrate seamlessly into a collaborative, team-focused environment
- Prepared to contribute immediately upon joining the team
