Kitchen Manager Requirements:
- 5+ years management experience in a full-service, high-volume ($5M+) upscale casual restaurant
- Scratch kitchen experience is a must!
- Bilingual (Spanish) preferred
- Strong financial acumen
- Servant-leader management style
- High energy problem-solver who is hands-on and supports employees (office/clipboard managers need not apply)
