Social Work Program Manager Qualifications include but are not limited to:
- 3+ years of experience managing social work programs or services.
- Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW) or a related field.
- Ability to get North Carolina Social Work licensure (LCSW or LCSWA preferred).
- Proven ability to develop, implement, and evaluate community-based programs.
- Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
Social Work Program Manager Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Overseeing the daily operations and administration of social work programs.
- Managing a team of social workers, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
- Collaborating with community partners to identify and address social service needs.
- Ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Developing and managing program budgets and resources.
- Leading staff training and professional development initiatives.
