Area Training Manager Benefits and Compensation:

  • Starting salary of $60,000 - $70,000

Area Training Manager Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of experience in development and training
  • Experience designing and executing successful training programs
  • Possess the ability to assess needs of training
  • Develop learning strategies and evaluate program performance
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to leverage adult learning theory and implement training programs in order to drive excellence in operations and consistently adhere to standards

Area Training Manager Responsibilities:

  • Plan, organize, and facilitate training programs tailored to meet the needs of all levels of employees
  • Close collaboration with company leaders to identify potential leaders within the organization
  • Develop and mentor high-potential team members
  • Implement training development plans across regions to ensure consistency
