Service Technician Salary and Benefits:

• Competitive salary: $80,000 to $110,000, based on experience.

Service Technician requirements:

• Three years of experience in HVAC/R maintenance, or service work.
• EPA Certification is required. MA refrigeration license preferred.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC/R systems, controls, and smart devices.
• Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills.
