What You’ll Do As A Field Service Engineer:

• Provide expert maintenance, troubleshooting, and customer support for equipment.
• Perform preventive and corrective work on electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems.
• Document equipment issues and support safe installations and commissioning.
• Collaborate with supply chain, sales, and after-sales teams to enhance projects.
• Identify parts needs, review drawings, and contribute to proposals.

What's Required As A Field Service Engineer :

• Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of technical support or field service experience.
• Strong mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic troubleshooting skills.
• Proficiency in CAD, MS Office, and systems like Salesforce and SAP.
• Willingness to travel (50-60%).
• Experience with PLCs, HMIs, and metal recycling equipment is a plus.
