Structural Engineer Salary & Benefits:

• Base Salary: $81,000 to $112,000
• Location: Remote, based near the Osseo, WI area
• Performance-based incentives, Profit-sharing plan

Structural Engineer Qualifications:

• Education: AS, BS, or MS in Engineering
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in structural design and engineering
• Expertise: Strong background in structural engineering technologies, industrial standards, building codes, and safety regulations
• Leadership: Proven ability to mentor and lead junior engineers
