Casual Dining Manager Responsibilities/Requirements:

• Oversee daily restaurant functions, prioritizing seamless operations, profitability, and memorable guest experiences
• Foster an environment of continuous learning and development
• Manage financial aspects, including P&L, food costs, and inventory
• Build and maintain positive relationships with leadership, team members, and suppliers while exemplifying strong ethics and teamwork
• Inspire and guide team members toward achieving shared goals
• 2-3+ years of progressive experience as a Restaurant Manager in a full-service dining establishment
• Demonstrated ability to lead effectively, communicate clearly, and see tasks through to completion
