Job Summary
Seeking an Executive Chef for our soon-to-open fine-dining Mediterranean Restaurant in Dallas in early 2025

Executive Chef Responsibilities:
- Plan and develop menus for the hotel considering factors such as product availability, service cost, marketing conditions, number to be served, seasonal factors, etc. Abreast of all the current industry trends and develops menus keeping the guest's expectations in mind.
- Work with the General Manager in ensuring that the division goals in terms of food and service quality are met.
- Ensure that sanitation standards as set forth by the hotel and the state are in compliance, as well as the cleanliness and neatness of the kitchen.
- Aware of the market trends and source out the best available products depending on the season.

Executive Chef Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5+ years of culinary leadership experience in fine-dining
- In-depth understanding of the Mediterranean cuisine
- Relevant professional qualifications (eg. Culinary, Hospitality, Business, Marketing)
