An internationally acclaimed Multi-Platform company recognized for its excellence in delivering the finest services to our Partners and their guests is seeking a Multi-Outlet Executive Sous Chef. This position will be based out of Miami and will oversee multiple venues in this high-volume well-known sports complex. We seek the highest caliber Executives who embody the finest leadership skills to move our business forward. Multi-Outlet Executive Sous Chef Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of leadership in a Multi-Unit culinary role in high-volume Hotels, Resorts, or Upscale Contract Food Services
• Endowed with the hospitality gene and focused on the quality of the guest experience
• A forward thinker that can work independently and resolve issues
• A leader of others that can grow and develop teams and individuals
• Strong acumen for delivering exceptional results without compromising standards
• Ability to budget, forecast, and adjust to meet and exceed financial objectives
• Ability to embrace and teach our organization's long-enduring culture
• A desire to continually be improving your team and bringing your people to the next level
• Strong culinary experience in upscale multi-venue position
• Strong passion for food and knowledge of current trends
• A professional that can be creative and also can sustain and improve existing Culinary operations
• Experience with union workplace a plus
• Culinary degree preferred
• Strong written and communication skills to all levels
