Job Summary:
The HR/ Office Manager will serve as the primary contact for all human resources functions, supporting employee relations, benefits, and personnel matters within a restaurant franchise environment. This position involves managing HR operations, including payroll, recruitment, compliance, office management, and employee engagement initiatives to foster a productive and positive workplace.
Our family owned and operated business is seeking an HR/ Office Manager to support our operations team in all HR and administrative areas, championing our employees and our culture, upholding excellence, discretion, and precision in all duties.

HR/ Office Manager Responsibilities:
**Oversee recruitment, hiring, and onboarding processes, supervising a team for regional hiring and training
**Develop and implement HR policies and performance management programs
**Handle payroll / benefits details ad procedures, such as open enrollment, employee recognition, etc.
**Maintain office supply inventory, equipment, and furniture as needed
**Oversee office procedures, responding and supporting processes with other teams
**Monitor all HR systems, ensuring we are updated and secure in all areas
HR/ Office Manager Qualifications:
**3+ years HR knowledge of HR practices, compliance, and HR software and office management systems
**College degree strongly preferred
**Excellent communication, discretion, organizational, and multitasking abilities
**Ability to foster a diverse, engaged and collaborative work culture
