Senior Marketing Manager Responsibilities & Qualifications

  • Must have upscale restaurant or boutique hotel experience
  • Execute the marketing plan as directed by the Senior Marketing person, ensuring its effective implementation on a daily
  • basis
  • Maintain smooth communication both internally and externally
  • Engage customers through the execution of the digital marketing strategy based on the established plan
  • Create and produce digital content, including reels and videos, for social media platforms.
  • Be on-site during events to capture content and live posts on social media as needed.
  • Track the performance of marketing strategies implemented and make required adjustments based on data analysis
  • Collaborate with sales and management teams to ensure an integrated approach to the marketing plan.
  • Keep track of the performance of marketing activities and report to the Senior Marketing person
  • Manage influencer and media reservations, ensuring a smooth and organized process for their visits and collaborations
  • Research and conduct outreach to different community and neighborhood buildings, concierge groups, and residences to
  • enhance brand visibility and engagement
  • Research new trends in food marketing and bring innovative ideas to enhance the brand's marketing capabilities and
  • attract a wider audience.
