Candidates must reside in one of the following States: AL, FL, GA, ID, MI, MD, MS, NC, PA, SC, SD, TN, TX, VA, WI, UT

Bookkeeping Operations Manager Responsibilities and Qualifications:

• 5+ years of full-cycle accounting/bookkeeping experience
• Supervisory or Management experience in an accounting or bookkeeping role
• Experience with multi-unit or multi-client environments required
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
• Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Excel is required
• Expertise in transactional bookkeeping and strong financial reporting and analysis skills
• Experience with billable hours is highly desirable
• Experience managing a team of at least 5 full-cycle Bookkeeping professionals
• Oversee month-end closing processes and reporting

Bookkeeping Operations Manager Benefits and Compensation:

• Salary range of $73k-$83k DOE + Bonus
