What You Bring as a Restaurant Manager:

  • Hands-On Leadership: Comfortable working shifts across all areas, including BOH.
  • Servant-Leader Mentality: A passion for people and teamwork.
  • Proven Experience: 2+ years in a Manager, AGM, or GM role.
  • Upscale Experience: Polished-casual, upscale, or fine-dining preferred.
  • Strong Tenure: No more than two jobs in the past five years.
  • Business Acumen: Skilled in P&L management, scheduling, ordering, and inventory.
  • Passion for Scratch Kitchens: Thrives in a hands-on environment focused on quality and creativity.
