Family Law Attorney Benefits & Compensation:

Family Law Attorney Qualifications:

• JD from an accredited law school; barred in NJ or NY
• 8+ years of family law experience
• Book of business or active workload required
• Exceptional negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive matters with tact

Family Law Attorney Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in family law matters with integrity
• Provide expert negotiation and conflict resolution
• Maintain high standards of legal and ethical practice
