Our Retirement Community is seeking a skilled Director of Long-term Care to oversee the operations of our long-term care community, providing top-notch skilled care, long-term care, and memory care services.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead all aspects of operations for a 5-star CMS-rated long-term care facility.
- Develop and implement policies to meet regulatory standards.
- Manage quality assurance programs to exceed CMS benchmarks.
- Drive recruitment and retention strategies to build a high-performing team.
- Collaborate with committees on safety, infection control, and resident well-being.
- Oversee budget adherence, operational efficiency, and strategic planning.
Qualifications:
- Licensure: Current State of Florida Nursing Home Administrator License.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years as a licensed administrator in long-term care.
- Experience in Florida long-term care facilities is a plus.
